Known as BaagiKnown as Baagi, Baatarnyam was born and raised in Mongolia. He has led hiking and horseback expeditions into the backcountry since 1999, and he still runs our operations to this day. Seeing snow leopards in their habitat for the first time changed his life. Since then, he has joined three collaring expeditions in western Mongolia. Away from the mountains, he loves photography, history, kayaking, and motorbiking. And nothing makes him happier than sharing the places he knows so well.
Chinzorig Chuluunbaatar
Known as ChinzoKnown as Chinzo to his friends, Chinzorig was born in Ulaanbaatar. Since 2001, he has worked with globally recognized agencies on film, journalism, and photography projects, so he knows how to make things happen. He speaks fluent English and Russian, along with conversational Spanish. Chinzo is an adventurer and amateur photographer at heart, and he spends his free time off-roading or out on a motorbike.
Khasar Sandag
Called HasCalled Has by people who know him, Khasar is a photographer who loves capturing people in their natural surroundings. He has worked across Mongolia with state-run, private, and multinational organizations, so he knows the country well. He speaks fluent English and Russian, as well as conversational Japanese. In his free time, he goes trekking and off-roading in search of beautiful portraits in remote corners of the world. Khasar loves nothing more than to showcase Mongolia's natural beauty and culture through a camera lens.
